The challenge
Blockchain payments can feel unfamiliar, especially when users must verify identity and manage transactions. OGPay needed clear, trustworthy flows for essential financial tasks.
The approach
I designed onboarding, KYC, wallet, payment, and transaction journeys. I worked with engineering and compliance partners to balance usability with product requirements.
The outcome
Delivered production-ready payment experiences for a UK-focused FinTech product. The wider PBS portfolio improved onboarding and consistency through research-led design.
