The challenge
New traders must navigate wallets, subscriptions, analytics, and automation. The product needed to reduce friction while keeping complex trading actions understandable.
The approach
I defined key mobile and web journeys across wallet setup, subscriptions, analytics, and automation. I designed AI assistant and Text-to-Trade flows around clear user actions.
The outcome
Established consistent interaction patterns across the trading experience, giving the team a scalable foundation for new AI features and future product improvements.
