The challenge
Investment workflows span onboarding, compliance, reporting, and multiple user roles. BlackArk needed one clear product architecture without losing the depth required by each team.
The approach
I mapped investor and operational journeys, structured KYC/AML flows, and designed portfolio reporting and four role-based dashboards. Shared patterns brought consistency to complex financial data.
The outcome
Designed a unified experience for a digital asset investment platform supporting $1B+ in assets under management. The work connected investor, agent, finance, and admin workflows.
