The challenge
People manage money across separate banks, making spending patterns hard to see. Morona needed a unified experience that made financial data useful, approachable, and easy to act on.
The approach
I led discovery, defined user journeys and product architecture, and translated open-banking concepts into clear mobile flows. I built a scalable design system and aligned the app, brand, and website.
The outcome
Delivered 180+ mobile screens and 80+ components, with interactive prototypes and developer-ready assets. The result was a coherent product foundation for implementation and investor discussions.
